Below are the corporate policies and fees associated with various therapeutic treatments offered by Mobile Massage, Inc., as of November 1, 2008.  Please note that amounts will vary according to modality and session/treatment length.

I.  Corporate Chair Massage:
     Day Rate:  $600.00
     Half-day Rate:  $300.00

Terms & Conditions: Mobile Massage, Inc. will supply Massage Equipment, music, and cleaning supplies.  Rates above include a 30-minute break for lunch and a minimum of 5 minutes between each client for disinfecting the equipment and preparation for the next client.  Each client is expected to be on time for their individual session, to ensure that each client is received and treated on schedule.  A sign-up sheet will be available for this purpose, in order to maintain a continued, timely and organized flow of events, and to ensure all parties involved are apprised of the scheduled times for massage sessions.

II.   Office Visits: (This includes various Massage Modalities and Reiki Therapy)
        1/2 hour treatment/session:  $40.00
        1 hour treatment/session:  $75.00
        1-1/2 hour treatment/session:  $100.00

III.  Out-call Services:
        1 hour treatment/session (within 30 miles):  $100.00
        . . . each additional hour:  $75.00
        . . . add $25.00 Travel Fee for milage over 30 miles

IV.  Medical-based Treatments: (This includes NMT, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Structural Integration, & Orthopedic Massage)
        Therapeutic Exercise:  $35.00/15 minutes
        Manual Therapeutic Techniques:  $35.00/15 minutes

      Note:  Both Visa and MasterCard as well as personal checks are accepted.  Please make checks payable to: Mobile Massage, Inc.

V.  Cancellation Policy:
       We respect the fact that your time is valuable.  We ask that you in turn will also respect ours by kindly providing our therapists with a minimum
       of 24-hours notice of cancellation or change of an appointment.

       Mobile Massage, Inc., on behalf of ourself and our contracted therapists, reserves the right to charge a $25.00 fee for cancellations or changes
       which are made with less than 24-hour notice (MMI also reserves the right to determine the application of this charge on an individual basis,
      due to unusual occurances).
